This website is operated by Opsistech, a technology and engineering firm based in Romania. You can contact us at support@opsistech.ro.

2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you submit

We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on this website. For aggregate, anonymous visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that records data such as page views and referrers, and no personal information. We collect no other data passively.

3. Why we collect it

We collect this data solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given at the time of submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. How we use it

Your data is used only to reply to your message. We do not use it for marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as described below.

5. Third-party processors

We use the following third-party services to operate this website and to correspond with you:

• EmailJS (emailjs.com) — processes form submissions to deliver your message to us. EmailJS is GDPR compliant. Data is transmitted securely and not stored beyond delivery.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — serves typefaces used on this site. Your browser may connect to Google's servers to load fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Pages — hosts this website. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — provides privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor statistics. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Zoho (Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM) — stores and delivers our email correspondence with you, including the open and click tracking described in section 6. See Zoho's Privacy Policy.

6. Email correspondence

When we reply to your enquiry, we manage and send that correspondence using Zoho (Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM). Our emails may contain a small invisible image, known as a tracking pixel, that records when a message is opened, along with links that record when they are clicked. We use this only to see whether our reply reached you — never for profiling, advertising, or sharing with third parties.

You can prevent this by blocking remote images in your email client, which stops the pixel from loading. Note that some mail providers load these images automatically, so a recorded open does not necessarily mean the message was read.

7. Data retention

We retain your contact data only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months unless a business relationship requires otherwise.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) at dataprotection.ro

All data transmitted through our contact form is sent over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your personal data.
